Welcome to our chat page Our chat room is hosted on an IRC server.

We have two chat rooms available. Chat Room 1 is our main chat room. If you have issues connecting try chat room 2.

You can connect to the chat in three different ways, our Webchat, Javachat, or using an IRC Client such as Chatzilla, mIRC, or xChat to name just a few, but there are many to choose from.
Some are free and other require registration.

If neither of the above options seem appealing the option to download one of the following programs might work better for you.

After you've downloaded and installed the IRC client you can connect one of two ways:

The second is using the following information:

When you are asked for Host/Server enter irc.diix.org

The port used for most IRC servers is port 6667 and should be the default of the client software.

During the setup it may ask for the channel you want to connect to, that would be #progpalaceradio (NOTE: This may or may not require the # symbol to work properly)

If it does not ask for the channel information that's fine simply connect to the server.

Now you are connected to the IRC server, but still have to enter the channel as they are called on IRC.

At the bottom simply type /join #progpalaceradio (NOTE: This will require that you type in the exact string including the slash and the pound symbol.

Chat Room 2

This chat room is hosted on Freenode. You can connect using the following options:

To connect to chat room 2 using an IRC Client:

Within most IRC clients under the server list there should be a listing for Freenode. Simply connect to it then enter our channel #progpalaceradio by typing /join #progpalaceradio
